Returns & Refunds Policy

At MagikIdeaShop, we want you to be completely enchanted by your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we are here to help.

1. Return Window

You have 30 days from the date your item was delivered to request a return.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following criteria:

  • It must be in the same condition as you received it (unworn, unwashed, and unused).

  • It must have all original tags and packaging attached.

  • You will need the receipt or proof of purchase.

3. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact us at magik.ideashop@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Please note that customers are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs from the original order are non-refundable.

5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon reception. Contact us immediately at magik.ideashop@gmail.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right at no additional cost to you.

6. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
